The staff are great here and very flexible if you have any issues. They will modify the workout if they have to to make it more accessible. The members at the gym are very kind and accepting to all walks of life. Overall a great place!
After completing my third class at Coefficient CF, I can say that the coaches are top notch and the community and culture are incredible as well. I’ve experienced a lot of different gym environments and this one rises to the top. All movements can be scaled and the coaches are great at helping with this to ensure the best and safest experience. I always leave feeling proud of myself and excited to come back!
I attended the CrossFit L2 seminar at Coefficient - great gym, very nice equipment, TONS of space, and it's right next to a great coffee shop. The owners/coaches were very kind and welcoming
This place is so much more than a gym. I was able to try out a free class tonight and ended up signing up. They are kid friendly which is a huge plus. Everyone here is so kind and they make you feel welcome as soon as you step foot into the building. I can not wait to continue my fitness journey with them and their support. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend stopping in!
