I cannot say enough good things about my experience so far! As a mom of 3, thick in the post partum season, I have a hard time finding confidence in the body I am currently in. I never would have guessed I would find myself at a crossfit gym or that it would be a place for me and ny kids. However, what they have built here is such a welcoming community for anyone, but they have really made us moms feel comfortable. Very welcoming facility and staff. Expert-level coaching for all levels of fitness, from complete beginner to competitive athlete. Lots of special events and community building make this a great place to not only get and stay healthy physically, but also make some great personal connections and enjoy social events. Free childcare for the parents makes it much easier, for couples to work out together.

The staff are great here and very flexible if you have any issues. They will modify the workout if they have to to make it more accessible. The members at the gym are very kind and accepting to all walks of life. Overall a great place!

After completing my third class at Coefficient CF, I can say that the coaches are top notch and the community and culture are incredible as well. I’ve experienced a lot of different gym environments and this one rises to the top. All movements can be scaled and the coaches are great at helping with this to ensure the best and safest experience. I always leave feeling proud of myself and excited to come back!
