Dropped into CrossFit Coefficient while traveling for work and had a wonderful experience. As someone who loves visiting different gyms, this is one of the best I’ve been to. I tried a few in the St. Louis area and this was by far my favorite. The facility was clean, the coaches were knowledgeable, and they took the time to understand my injuries, skill level, and CrossFit background. I really enjoyed Sophies classes. I cannot say enough good things about my experience so far! As a mom of 3, thick in the post partum season, I have a hard time finding confidence in the body I am currently in. I never would have guessed I would find myself at a crossfit gym or that it would be a place for me and ny kids. However, what they have built here is such a welcoming community for anyone, but they have really made us moms feel comfortable. Very welcoming facility and staff. Expert-level coaching for all levels of fitness, from complete beginner to competitive athlete. Lots of special events and community building make this a great place to not only get and stay healthy physically, but also make some great personal connections and enjoy social events. Free childcare for the parents makes it much easier, for couples to work out together.
The staff are great here and very flexible if you have any issues. They will modify the workout if they have to to make it more accessible. The members at the gym are very kind and accepting to all walks of life. Overall a great place!
