I have known Dave Coe for thirty years and I have to say he is the most genuine person I know. He is kind, intelligent and hardworking. I’ve been to all of his community events such as the Toys for Tots toy drive and the Annual Crawfish Boil, a street party that brings the community together for a day of New Orleans food and music! Trust me, this is the person that you want to represent you!
We purchased a brand new home from him and moved in with promises that things would be fixed. It’s been almost 2 years and he is becoming less responsive with emails. We had to pay out of pocket to fix a shower door that was not installed correctly and shattered. We are still waiting for him to replace marble countertops that were cracked during installation and engineered hardwood floors that were splintered during installation. Do not buy from this man. We will be looking into legal action soon.
Wife and I purchased a new home from Coe group and his builders. There are issues reported in May 2022 (currently January 2024) that David has failed to address and he continues to fall short of his word. I suggest being careful in doing business with Coe Real Estate and investing in any of their new builds. We are not first time home buyers and we have been extremely patient. I cannot recommend that good business is done here.
David and the COE group are amazing! They always come from contribution and are always in action. David is a wealth of knowledge in investing and building wealth, is caring and willing to share. I can’t say enough good things about the entire group.
