Chris with the ambulance service is a very rude young man. He is not friendly with the patients or the staff from what I witnessed. He makes others very uncomfortable around him. I would not want him taking care of any of my loved ones.

My wife had a procedure with Dr. Williams, filled out the entry paper work and insurance information, received a bill from Dr. Williams for just over $6,000.00, figured everything was good 6 months later, collections is calling us in part of Cody Hospital (they had our number), saying we hadn't paid our bill. Cody Regional Health never entered our updated address in the system that we filled out when we checked in, and were sending the bill to an address we haven't lived at for 8 years. Recently, while attempting to schedule my annual radiology service, I encountered a process that appeared to prioritize financial protocols over patient access and care. On my first day of calls, I was told I could not schedule an appointment because there was no order on file.
