I'm bought a rehabbed house from Cody Properties in December. By March, if not earlier, the cracks they had repaired in the basement began to leak. I called the company they used because it's guaranteed. They told me that one wall was bowing in and I need to brace it. He said he offered this option when they originally did the work but Zach Cody literally said make it a quick fix and it's the buyer's problem after that. stay away – Agree with bstl. Work they or whoever they hired did on my property was strictly superficial and it took only a few months for the flaws to show. Frankly it just seemed lazy and would've been better off not done at all than done half-assed. Any property you buy from them will be a fixer-upper, whether it was sold to you as that or not. I will never buy anything from them again (if I can ever manage to sell the first dump they sold me).

cody properties – These people are slumlords, and decietful. They dont care who moves in as long as the rent is on time. they NEVER made repairs, and are underhanded. STAY AWAY!!!!!

5 years later – I bought a house they had acquired from a repo. Their were several things that were just covered up and have lead to cost and headaches for me. The grade of the yard next to the house caused water to enter garage. Instead of fixing it they removed the siding off of the wood at the base of the house and piled dirt and landscape rocks up against the wood. This has caused rot on the wood. Great worksmenship – My fiance and I are in the process of buying a house that cody properties bought and fixed up. Let me just tell you that the property was immaculate, all the new work was done properly and beautifully! The house is beautiful and we cannot wait to get into it. I just want to thank the craftsmen that created our home, its in a wonderful neighborhood and it is just beautiful! Thanks so much!!!

Awsome – This company is a great company to rent from very nice always helps let me tell you how many landlords do you know that will come and clean up a mess that a store and rain caused not many this landlord his awsome and everyone who works for him is so nice and cares about their tendents and what landlord so you know that will apoligize for storm and rain damage not many he is a great landlord who really cares about his attendents

Best Landlord in town! – I have been renting from Joe Cody for over 4 years, great landlord, any problems arise, they are right on top of it! You wont be disappointed with this Real Estate Company.

Great rental company – I have rented from Cody/ZOA Properties for over 3 years. Always courteous and a wonderful staff!! Quick response to any issues that have arisen (which have been very few) and very flexible. Placed new windows in the home!! What real estate rental company will do that??!! SUm it up...if you are in need of a great landlord/tenant relationship, they're you're best bet!
