Cody is reliable, genuine, honest and hardworking. As a first time homebuyer, I had little knowledge of the homebuying process, but Cody was extremely thorough explaining each step of the progress. He was available for questions most any time of day, and worked tirelessly to hep everything go as smooth as possible and make me feel as comfortable as possible with each decision. Highly recommend!
Cody Portwood is an awesome realtor! A really great guy as well. As a homebuyer he made the process go nice and smooth. Great communicator! I highly recommend Cody if you’re buying or selling .
Over the years, my husband and I have purchased and sold a few different homes. Our most recent purchase and sale was handled by Cody. He is a standout in multiple ways; authentic, reliable, thoughtful, hardworking, We not only purchased a home, but got to know a good human. We recommend Cody without reservation.

We highly recommend Cody as your listing agent.

There was so much “behind the scenes” work that was involved in home buying, and Cody really stepped up for us, while also explaining the process so well. Cody and his team were wonderful to work with, we closed just 30 days ... read more
