Dr Shafer was absolutely wonderful. His staff were unbelievably helpful! My Daughter was nervous and unsure about her broken collarbone but Dr Shafer put all of our minds at ease especially with such a horrible experience in the ER the night before.
My daughter had a major accident in Kokomo yesterday while we were visiting for a softball tournament. We are very thankful Dr. Shafer was there in the emergency room. He was empathetic, efficient, and we could not have been more pleased with him and his colleagues at Ascension ER in Kokomo. Thank you to everyone in that ER , you were amazing and my family appreciates you!
Dr. Shafer is a very personable person! I would recommend him to anyone!
