Found Code3er while searching for urgent care facility that takes my insurance. Very glad I gave them a try. The clinic is actually in terminal 1 at McCarran airport. Just before the TSA checkpoint for AB Gates. Park in long term parking take elevator to level 2 and walk right in. Check in was a breeze I was in and out within a half an hour.
