RecommendedI have been to Code 3 ER and Urgent care on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. They care about you. The attitude and care provided is first class.
You could improve by not gouging your insured patients. I have been to the urgent care side a couple of times for breathing problems. When I paid cash, I usually paid $75.00 for the visit. My insurance finally started in November of 2018 and I went into urgent care in December of 2018, again for breathing problems. I was given the exact same care as when I paid cash. Guess what you charged my insurance company....$648.00!!! Of course they aren't gonna pay the whole amount, I have to pay part of it to the tune of $297.00. So,... read more

I went in yesterday with this upper respiratory crude that seems to be going around and they we prompt, professional, and friendly as they should be. I felt like I was a priority and not just someone that was interrupting as I have felt elsewhere. Great job Code 3 ER and Urgent Care
Very experienced knowledgeable pleasant staff. Hardly any waiting to be seen. Ultra sound person had to drive from Port A to do my ultrasound. Pretty quick wait. Highly recommend this place for weekends, holidays, or if you don’t have a primary care physician

I can't thank NP Heather Orr enough for her help! I have been struggling with 24/7 sinus problems that had taken my sense of smell & taste away completely & was just all around making me feel awful for over a year. I told her how my ENT hadn't been able to help me & she gave me a referral to a new one. He immediately found the problem & because of her referral, today was the first time I was able to smell the sweet scent of my new baby. Thank you so much, Mrs. Orr!
