The entire staff at Code 3 ER and Urgent care where excellent and very accommodating. Wait time was minimal and N.P. Wetzel was awesome! I am so fortunate to have this type of care here in Rockport. I highly recommend this center.
Recently visited the ER and the nurse was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m an RN and it was definitely not up to par for what is expected from a nurse. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but it was a poor representation of the whole experience.
Best Urgent Care I’ve even been to!
So I went to Code 3 emergency today and they were awesome! Prompt! Kind and respectful! I was in and out in an hour and met a couple of great nurses (including a great humored guy) and met a cool doctor! Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel better!!
Dr Hensley was very professional, knowledgeable, took his time to explained my condition and answered all on concerns. Tracy was compassionate and caring. She made me feel like I was her only patient and that made me feel more at ease. Stephanie, Tri, Chelsea, Ali, Monica were all very friendly and efficient in each of their areas and made my experience a positive one. I want to thank each of you for being you and for caring so much about your patients🦋
They should tell you up front that they don't accept Blue Cross- Blue shield , not after they provide the service and then demand payment . We would have gone to Portland.
Dr. Pastor, Dr. Hensley, Tracy, Olivia, Cassie, and Vanessa were wonderful during my visit to the ER on Friday. They were caring, professional, and thorough. They listened to my concerns and treated me with compassion. I highly recommend this facility in Rockport!
