For anyone looking for a personal trainer, or just a solid workout program, this is the place is worth checking out. I've been working out at the gyms and home for over 20 years, and I didn't realize I was doing most of my works wrong this whole time. Tim showed me the correct way to hold bars, the correct lifting body postures, and gave me a crash course in nutrition. Just a really solid place, down to earth coaching, and this place has all the equipment you need to get the job done👍
