For anyone looking for a personal trainer, or just a solid workout program, this is the place is worth checking out. I've been working out at the gyms and home for over 20 years, and I didn't realize I was doing most of my works wrong this whole time. Tim showed me the correct way to hold bars, the correct lifting body postures, and gave me a crash course in nutrition. Just a really solid place, down to earth coaching, and this place has all the equipment you need to get the job done👍

I have been attending Code 3 Hawthorne for the past three years, and it has had a profoundly positive impact on both my mental and physical well-being. The coaches are attentive during every class and provide outstanding motivation, especially when the workouts become challenging.
