I can’t say enough good things about Code 3 Athletics! Coach Tim was incredibly communicative from the very start and made my nephew feel completely comfortable during his very first class. His patience, encouragement, and clear instructions really stood out. The atmosphere at the studio is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. I highly recommend this place to anyone—especially beginners—looking for a great workout experience!

I used to be a member at the Gardena location a few years back and I would notice how the co-owner Marc had a really bad temper and would treat his young son poorly occasionally like snapping at him and yelling in his face really aggressively in front of a full gym...It made me concerned and just gave me really bad vibes from the start.
