I used to be a member at the Gardena location a few years back and I would notice how the co-owner Marc had a really bad temper and would treat his young son poorly occasionally like snapping at him and yelling in his face really aggressively in front of a full gym...It made me concerned and just gave me really bad vibes from the start.

My wife and I attended Code3 for well over two years. I cannot recommend this gym enough. Whether you're brand new to lifting and crossfit style workouts in general, or an experienced athlete, there's a place for you here. The gym owner, Tim, is a particularly experienced coach who is brilliant at working with folks of all skill levels. He brings out the best in everyone. I started attending classes at Code 3 in 2022. It's hard to overstate the positive impact to my physical and mental health over the past two years. I've lost 45 pounds and I'm in the best shape of my life by far. Before my first class, I never thought it was possible to workout that hard in such a short time.
