This tech knows his stuff very friendly knew the problem right away ordered the part & fixed the ice maker about 4 days later. Now it’s working good.
Excellent service - clean, fast, price, advice and knowledge.
If I could rate them lower I would. They came out for a warranty call for my fridgedaire. The gentleman was very good and told us we would get a call to schedule the repair and order the part. It did not happen. After 10 plus calls and voice mails, we did not get a return call. We called Fridgedair and asked them to send another company. This is no way to treat a customer .
Excellent service from Ed! He was able to come not only same-day, but within a couple of hours. Fast, knowledgeable, respectful. Great work!
