Unprofessional. Counselor Alicia Maurice doesn’t return phone calls , and does have the computer skills ( didn’t know how to type / enter information into her electronic medical records system ) I ( the client ) showed her how to enter information into her computer regarding our session. I would of thought she would of been trained on this during her orientation with the agency Doesn’t seem qualified for the position.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
