We had a reservation for 3 pedicures. I was pretty disappointed with my experience. First of all, the place was packed and we arrived on time for our reservation but still had to wait 20 min before they sat us. Some girl was sitting down watching while the others were scrambling to clean the tubs. Im sorry to say but the girl doesnt know what she was doing. Very unprofessional. I have been a long time online, return customer to Cocoon Apothecary. I love the bespoke,shopping experience. The products are made with natural, fresh botanical ingredients, great for maintaining healthy skin. The customer service team is so caring. I love the free samples, and always attached is a personalised note. Receiving items from Cocoon is always a treat!
I went in for a Gel Extension Manicure with Anna and all I can say is WOW! She was meticulous with her attention to detail and even though they are gel nails they look very natural. My nails were a mess when I came in but she was very polite and just got to it. I would recommend her to anyone and will certainly be back.
