We are very unhappy with Coconut Point Ford. We bought an Escape there about 3 1/2 years ago. We added the 5 year maintenance plan and the "Butler", the premium paint protection plan. After we bought it we stopped by for a promotion they were having. They really pressured us into upgrading. When the salesman couldn't convince us another person tried until I finally said "NO!" Then we started getting calls from the salesman trying to get us to trade our Escape. I told him, that were weren't interested in trading and please do... read more
Business response:
Coconut Point Ford wishes to apologize for a salesman that made you feel pressured. That's certainly not the way we want our customers to feel. We would also like to refund you for the two Auto Butler sessions you paid for. We charge $89.95 per session for someone who doesn't prepay for the plan like you did therefore we're mailing you a check for $179.90. We're happy to continue to maintain your new Explorer if you're in the area. Maybe one day you'll consider us a "Top Class" Ford dealer. Thanks.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I traded in a Jeep on a Saturday, 11 days later my Jeep has still not been paid off and the dealership let me know the Jeep has already been sold. Zero business ethics. Zero stars i would have selected if they gave me the option.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Below is an experience my sister recently had. I wanted to leave a review because it is disheartening to see how she was treated and taken advantage of. My sister is a very hard working single mom. This situation has caused both detrimental emotional and financial stress. Since making this public, so many people have shared their awful experiences they have had with Coconut Point Ford. What a shame! I would never recommend this dealership or their employee Victor to anyone! BEWARE! DO N... read more

This has been resolved, we agreed to take the car back and return her money.
I bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima aesthetically beautiful on July 7, 2020. My salesman, Ulysses C. promised us a vehicle that "had nothing wrong with it" and that the dealership was "held to different standards selling used cars". The car test drove well and ran nice for 3 days, started to stutter but only intermittently. I took it to Nissan who stated it was the transmission going bad. Ford agreed to look at it, Victor told me Nissan was trying to rip me off in repairs. And, because no check engine lights came on and of co... read more
