Friendly and helpful with regards to my older car. Had to work with two service consultants since one was out of town for part of the time it was in for repairs. Some inconsistency with the repair report and what was discussed, so communication could have been better. Understandable under the circumstances. Wont hesitate to return for service in the future.
I delt with ***, Service consultant. He got right in to my problem and styed in touch and retuned my truck as promised. I was a little surprised when a tail lamp cost $ ********. *** was very good.This makes me think twice about the **** trucks. May be my last one.Thank you

I went in to trade my 2020 Tacoma, for a different truck. My truck has a 3" lift, oversize tires, moon roof, heated leather seats, tow package, running boards, and a bed cover, under 2 years old. The 4x4 was out and under warranty, they said it may be about 5k under until it gets repaired and that they did not want offend me. OK, but when they came in to make me an offer.....of $20,000 for my truck that is currently selling for 44K-46K!!!
