We had 3 boats come for lunch and the employees were right there to help us dock and help us out of the boats. Table right away, excellent service, and amazing food. Keep up the good work.
This restaurant is awesome! Good food with great prices along with a fabulous view. Whether you sit on the deck or inside the restaurant.
Jacks was very crowded when we arrived. The crowd was so bad that traffic was backed up onto the street for several minutes. It turns out that the traffic was caused by a large number of people trying to leave at the same time. Valets were moving cars around causing all the traffic. It's valet only due to the small parking lot (at dinner). The restaurant is quaint, with an old Florida feel. It backs to a river overfilled with catfish. Food was fantastic! Party of 9 quickly sat even though they were busy. Waiter (Eric) was on point. Would go here again for sure!
Our bartender was excellent, attentive, friendly and made a scratch margarita to exceed my wife's expectations! We ended up eating at the bar and again, the scallop basket was to die for according to the wife! Again, she took the recommendation of our bartender! My blackened grouper sandwich was excellent as well, seasoned very nicely! We had been to this restaurant 4 other times and it was very good. Yesterday, the service was not attentive and the portions of the appetizers were very very small. Prices are too high considering the above comments
