Our server, Jess, was exceptional! 5 star service, for sure. Made our dining experience loads of fun. My blackened grouper was also delicious as were all of our meals. Only reason they received 3 stars instead of 5 was tbe lack of a side salad and rigid adherence to what was served with a meal. I'm not a fan of squash and requested just getting the carrots and brocolli in the veggie mix. Kitchen wouldn't accommodate.
Never been disappointed with the food or service. Staff is always friendly and food delicious. Great place to dine with friends and family.
Great food, great atmosphere and a very friendly and helpful staff. Plus, if you like collecting T-shirts from the different places you visit, as I do, they have a great selection.
Never had a bad experience at Jack's absolutely love the food, drinks, wait staff and atmosphere! I always go there when I'm in Bonita, see you in September!
Great spot- had some of the biggest oysters I've ever seen! This place has great views of the water and a cute patio. Had the crab stuffed grouper with beurre blanc sauce and YUM! Definitely recommend
First time there..I called first..a very sweet and friendly lady answered..told her I had a small dog..not a service dog..they added a great outdoor seating area for folks with dogs.. everyone was simply amazing..from valet parking to the wait staff..the food was delicious and the American Pina Colada was wonderful..will definitely be back
