We went there for dinner with over 30 people (a hockey team so it included teenaged boys and chaperones) and everything could not have been better!! The staff (shout out to Avalyn!! What a fantastic job with a smile!) waited on these kooks with smiles and efficiency while we all enjoyed an incredible meal!! Know why this place is busy all the time. We will make it a point to stop for dinner when we're in the area again!! Thank you for your hospitality Coconut Jack's!!

Great place, great food and great atmosphere!! We first went for drinks and dessert in 2014 while on a mini-trip. And finally returned twice so far in 2018. My wife and I love this place!!

The service was good, the location is very nice, the food was really good, the Hapoy Hour Margarita’s were tasty, but small & seemed kind of “mild”.
Food as very bland. Ordered the blackened grouper. Had no flavor. My son ordered a burger, medium, and it was served well fine and had no flavor. $6 vanilla milkshake tasted like watered down milk. Guests we were dining with had the same experience. Wait staff had no personality but was accommodating and removed the burgers from our bill.
Atmoshere is out of this world! But the food was not very good. My second time there in over a years time and still the same. Service this time was excellent. But for the price on the food and taste not good. My son had fried clams and it was basically a ball of greasy droppings from the Where they fell off the clams. Not worth the $16 and my fish tacos were ok but dry. Said pineapple salsa but I did not taste pineapple one time. And my soda tasted like bug spray on the cup.
