Excellent service from valet service, the hostess and waiter with excellent food! This is due to the evident team that supports one another!
They served sub par crab legs at $50. Have ordered them several times and were great. This time poor. We brought it up to the manager the best he could say was sorry. Should have comped the crab legs. We have been there a lot spent a lot of money, never again. And also change the vegetables. Jeez I know they are quick and easy but seriously there are better choices for the price.
Always busy says something about this place but service is fast.
Great service and some fantastic food!
Jack’s is Awsome. But when we were there tonite one of the waitresses was telling customers about red tide and how they should go to Tampa area to get away from it?! She is scaring people away, I live close by and it’s Not that bad!! But the ladies she talked to were scared after the talk!? Not good for any business!!
