Such great customer service from start to finish! From first inquiry to installation, everything was easy and seamless. We had them repair a large window in our storefront. Very fair price too. Highly recommend working with them!
I just spoke to someone on the phone extremely rude to me - I was simply trying to find an answer for how long it would take to cut a piece of glass for my cabinet. The person on the other end of the phone “helping me” was extremely rude. They would not give me a straight answer and basically hung up on me before I was finished. This is one shop that I will not be going to.
Took weeks to get them here according to construction manager. Finally got a quote. Asked for hardware pics. Construction manager keeps asking, but no pics. So I call and promised pics in 45 minutes. I call back 2 hours later. Oh, Eddy just walked in. Sending now. Next day I call. She promises again, by 3pm. Let's see, it's at least 4 business days later. Still no pics. That's ok tho, I called frameless shower doors. They're less expensive and it took 30 minutes from measuring to quote and I got to see the hardware immediate... read more
