Took vehicle in because engine light was on. 7:30am on Tuesday spoke with Alex Castaño, asst. serv. manager. Assigned to Jessie Leto, serv. tech. Rented a car. Called to check on status on Wednesday around 3pm. Left different messages for both Alex and Jessie. No call back. Pulled the vehicle on Thursday at 10am. It had not been touched.
