Very disappointing experience. From the process of buying the dress to getting the dress was not a happy experience. When I bought the dress it felt like they were rushing me out. Didn't even have time to take "I say yes" Ren the consultant that was helping me look like she was bored out of her mind throughout the whole process. I fell in love with a dress I found on their website.. unfortunately for me because the Los Angeles store was closing and the 1 poor soul that was working told me I would have to order my dress as is then be sized and altered at a different place. And the my veil was to be ordered from a different place.
My sister in law and I have not heard back regarding her dress that she paid in full for. We've called, emailed, nothing and were never given any notice regarding closure. What is going on and WHERE is her dress/money?!
I mad an appointment last week and put my wedding date on the appointment as well. I thought everything was going to be okay because my wedding is in November. When I got there this guys straight up told me that my dress wasn’t going to come in time. There was no kind of empathy whatsoever.
