CocoAndré is a charming spot in the Bishop Arts District, a bit off the main drag, but well worth the visit for a sweet treat. I popped in with some coworkers during a midweek lunch and tried their strawberry horchata. It was absolutely delicious, really refreshing and not too sweet. The chocolates look amazing too, and they've even been voted Best Chocolatier in Dallas by DMagazine.
