We will never use this dealership again. Kevin the service guy lied to us. I have 2- Hyundai's and after talking Hyundai on the phone yesterday they told us you get bad dealerships! When a dealership lies to you like Cocoa Hyundai did we will never trust Cocoa Hyundai again.
Cocoa Hyundai is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with when a dealership like Cocoa Hyundai lies to your face several times like they did today after I have been a loyal customer I can no longer trust them. The service manager Kevin lied about having to tear down the engine in my vehicle just to take pictures to send in to Hyundai. Then tells me it’s going to cost $498.00 to do this. Did not get call back from service writer,appointment at 8:30 needed brakes done. needed to know how much total in order to authorize work. picked up car at around 2:00pm only oil change done.
