My visit to Coco Nails on Monday, November the 24th at approximately 9:20 AM was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. I walked in and clearly explained to the owner—who was sitting at the front—that my overlay was lifting. I specifically asked whether I should get a soak-off or a fill, and attempted to show him my nails. At no point did he tell me he didn’t have time. My go-to nail. I seriously love coming here, they do so good every time (and they have very affordable/fair prices!).
Amazing staff they are incredibly talented, kind, pay attention to detail and are so welcoming! One of the best!
I have been going to the owner of Coco nails for 10 years. My gel nails last 5 weeks and are of superb quality (design shape and customization is always exactly what I ask for.) The entire salon staff are accommodating, and skillful in their trade. By far best nail salon in Rochester.
