I have been going to the owner of Coco nails for 10 years. My gel nails last 5 weeks and are of superb quality (design shape and customization is always exactly what I ask for.) The entire salon staff are accommodating, and skillful in their trade. By far best nail salon in Rochester.
I am disputing a $110 debit card transaction made on July 30, 2025, at Coco Nails in Rochester, MN. I paid for a pink and white ombre full set of nails. Before the service began, I showed the technician an inspiration photo of the nail design I wanted. As he worked, I told him multiple times that the nails were not matching the reference. He insisted that they looked the same, but after I continued to point out the differences, he eventually admitted that they did not look like the inspiration. terrible experience.. my powder for the fill doesn’t even match the old powder.
Such a great experience!! Called the morning of my appointment and they were able to take me and 3 other friends right away! Did my design perfectly quickly and at a really great price. I was so impressed!
