Waste of money! Not even a full 48hrs and 3 broken nails... UV Gel... Also call me OCD but all my nails were different sizes. Over priced for the quality wouldn't recommend it. Rain nails in Carmel 100x better, less than 2 miles away. Sad because I loved the threading here but never again!
I personally have had very good experiences there. Kay is fabulous for facials and waxing. Does exactly what I ask. I have been going there for years and I appreciate the cleanliness of each of my pedicures and manicures.I have always been happy with the results.
Went to get my eyebrows waxed and they gave me some girl whose name is Nicole. She totally screwed up one eyebrow. When I asked to see manager, the look on all their faces, they knew she screwed up big time! They had someone doe eyebrow extension, what's the point if it's gonna come out right away. What a big disaster! Other people I told my story to said they too had a bad experience there with manicures. I'm sure everyone there isn't horrible, just be aware!
