Very professional and great staff.
I had my toe nails clipoed a year ago & really liked the service.
I called yesterday to check the price of the dip manicure and was told $35 so I booked an appointment for this morning. After I had my nails done today, I was charged $45. When I asked why I was told a cheaper price on the phone, the one employee just kept repeating that the dip manicure is $45 and the employee who did my nails started laughing. They ruined my nails. Dip manicure was blotchy and then they put gel over it telling me it would work. Peeled off in two days. Nails chipping. Wouldn't go above and beyond to get me back in during a time that worked for me. Didn't offer to pay for what they did. Really poor service.
