I called yesterday to check the price of the dip manicure and was told $35 so I booked an appointment for this morning. After I had my nails done today, I was charged $45. When I asked why I was told a cheaper price on the phone, the one employee just kept repeating that the dip manicure is $45 and the employee who did my nails started laughing. They ruined my nails. Dip manicure was blotchy and then they put gel over it telling me it would work. Peeled off in two days. Nails chipping. Wouldn't go above and beyond to get me back in during a time that worked for me. Didn't offer to pay for what they did. Really poor service.

Went in for a basic gel manicure .. instead of them soaking off my previous gel.. the tech scraped at my nails for 40 minutes. Half way through I asked if someone else could do my nails or try to soak them off instead bc it was painful. Now my nails are extremely thin, short, & look horrible. I’ve never experienced anything like this

Been coming here for years. Not real happy today. Had young skinny girl with rose tattoo on her left arm. Kinda rude. N kept forgetting to turn the machine on for my gel nails. Gave her a big tip n she didn’t even say thank you. Wow. Todays youth. So rude. No one here usually treats me like that. Didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails shaped like the girls usually do, she just went right to town. Nor did she ask me at the end if I liked my color. Very very disappointed.
