I’m posting this as a follow-up to my girlfriend’s recent Google review to provide more context, since we cannot directly reply to the owner’s response. When we picked up our dog after 3 nights here, the food bag we provided was almost untouched, and he came back noticeably skinnier. He is normally a very quiet dog who has never lost his voice in 10 years, yet he returned hoarse and unable to bark normally. His paws were raw and sensitive, suggesting he had been crated for long periods and clawing to get out. On top of that,... read more

I’m deeply disappointed and angry with this place. Please do not take your dogs here for either grooming or boarding. I boarded my dog here for 3 nights. When I picked him up, his voice was hoarse and he couldn’t bark normally. I’m so upset about what happened to my dog here. I left him for 3 nights, and when I picked him up, his bark was hoarse and he couldn’t make his normal sounds. The groomer just shrugged and said he barked the whole time and it would “go back to normal.” Once we got home, I realized his rear was covered in poop, red, and irritated. A vet friend told me it might be an anal gland infection, which broke my heart — he was clearly uncomfortable and in pain. I called to let the groomer know, hoping for some accountability, but inst... read more

My dog Spice had been coming here for 7 years now. The gentleman owner always take care of her and my dog is well behaved with them. I love the way his wife gently groom her face area for she has uncontrollably fur on her head. Unfortunately, my dog has passed and allow me to thank them for making Spice well groomed all the time.
