I would like to file a complaint about my order from tonight. I purchased two cups of bubble tea. One was a regular flavor, and the other was an oolong milk tea. My oolong milk tea had absolutely no flavor; there was no tea taste at all—just a plain milk flavor. I have been ordering this drink for a long time, and I know how it is supposed to taste. Even after switching to a new one today, it was still the same. I believe you need to adjust the concentration of your tea base. I hope you will look into this issue.

Very disappointing experience last night around 9 PM. The cashier on duty was rude and had an unfriendly attitude. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she came across as disrespectful and unapproachable. Customer service should be basic, especially in the evening when people are tired and just want a smooth transaction. I hope management addresses this, because it really affects the overall experience
