Horrible pedicure- salon wasnt busy - should of known i would be beyond disappointed and not even a week later going elsewhere to get another just because im use to a perfect polish n smooth feet as i work on mine fulltime and Never left a salon so dissatisfied
Rough experience, whenever they are short staffed, she didn't say sorry, and I was there for 3 hours for monica pedicure. They don't care about customers time. I was waiting for long time.
Bait and switch. Yesterday was my first time at this salon. They gave me a menu and asked what type of Pedicure I wanted and I chose a $45 lavender one. I came in with gel on my toes and wanted another gel pedicure. The nail tech was nice but very rough and most of the time it was painful. The chair was uncomfortable and she had my knees up and bent in an uncomfortable position as well. To top it off, I get to the register at the end and they tell me it's $72.
