I made an appointment with Haley for an eyebrow wax and tint based off of a referral from a girlfriend that comes here to get her hair done by the owner. I am beyond mad and annoyed. I arrive early for my appointment expecting that I will wait for a little and that is fine. I was then informed that Haley is running 10-15 minutes late... not ideal but still ok.
