We were overnighting in Gallup and I asked the hotel front desk where to get the best New Mexican Mexican food in town. The number one recommended was Cocina de Dominguez. She was right! The place was full of “regulars” but our server was super friendly and the food was some of the best I’ve had in my travels through NM! The “Stuffed Sopapilla” was topped with THE BEST green chili sauce! When we’re back in Gallup you can bet we’ll be eating here FREQUENTLY!
