I requested for challah loaf, but staff sold me challah bread instead and did not inform me that the loaf was unavailable. After receiving payment, they refused to immediately take it back. Very misleading and a scammy move to make a sale.cobs bread Windermere
Positive experience at cobs today. Jemma was great. We were buying a box of cinnamon rolls today and I wanted plain, but my partner wanted icing. Jemma was able to add icing to some of the rolls and keep the others plain.
