The display case is covered in flies. The food I ordered was covered in fruit flies! The entire display case of baked goods erupted in flies the moment she put her hand inside. Absolutely gross
Rude staff that cuts me off mid order to yell at other staff. I was picking up some pet food from Bosleys next door and thought I would pop in for a few muffins or croissants. When I first walked in there was one customer waiting and no employees in sight. As I was waiting some scruffy looking guy in street clothes walked in and around the counter to the back and started helping himself to stuff. Just wanted to say the 2 young ladies working today (Oct 1, 2025) were 2 of the nicest people working with the public that I have run into lately. The were above & beyond with help, advice and humor. I sure hope the boss is aware of how lucky they are to have both of them working for Cobs, not only helpful to the customer but certainly clearly behind their store, product and programs. Thanks ladies you made my day with your help and ready smiles.
Really gone down hill. The bread isn't what it used to be, the cinnamon buns are nothing special where they used to be amazing. The staff are pushing upsells and the rewards program weirdly hard. Doesn't feel like the nice neighborhood bakery it used to. Edit in response to response. I'm not giving you my email address to add to one of your mailing lists.
