I had such an amazing experience at Cobbs in Airdrie thanks to Poppy! She provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She listened so carefully that I didn’t have to repeat my order once. She thoughtfully selected the best assortment of items for me, even offering a sample, and did it all with such warmth and politeness. Her positive energy was truly sunshine on my rainy day.
