Very nice staff
I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service at this location. Had. A very rude woman who was very dismissive, curt and short. Cobs has been my go to for many years, hoping it's just a fluke,
I had such an amazing experience at Cobbs in Airdrie thanks to Poppy! She provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She listened so carefully that I didn’t have to repeat my order once. She thoughtfully selected the best assortment of items for me, even offering a sample, and did it all with such warmth and politeness. Her positive energy was truly sunshine on my rainy day. I’ll absolutely be returning because of this wonderful experience. Thank you, Poppy!
