Although cobs bread’s scones are one of the best in the town. This morning I came across a worker named Zawa, she was rushing a lot without having any body in the line. She was really cold and didn’t care to greet even , honestly it was such a bad experience. Zawa attitude is really unprofessional and unpleasant. She does need training about the customer service experience. Hope next time it won’t be the same again.
The cinnamon scones are to die for and they always have the best selection of breads and buns.
The products are always good, regular COBS quality. However, the staff at this location always seem annoyed by the existence of customers. It's a chronic issue, so it seems likely a management issue.
