My family and I hadn't been to Cobs Bread in quite some time, and we were a bit overwhelmed trying to pick out items for a family gathering. Thankfully, Ava and Zawa immediately put us at ease. They offered a friendly greeting and then took the time to answer every question we had, guiding us through their entire selection of baked goods. Their knowledge and excellent service really made a difference!
What is going on at this store? It has been several weeks since they've had my favourite items in stock. Im there regularly a few times a week and its been very disappointing lately. Overcooked and understocked.
Bakery looked understaffed, stressed, and sad. Worst Cobbs bread i've been to while on vacation in Victoria. I cannot help but to think its managements fault and i feel so bad for the staff working there. I hope they get new management soon that care for the health and safety of their workers.
