Love COBS
On my first visit to purchase for my M-I-L, I spoke with a young lady, and she gave me a full run down of the business and specifically their "no waste" aspect. She offered me some samples, and I tried the Italian Herb foccacia. Absolutely melt in your mouth and instant flavor explosion. Last night, I made a chicken Caprese panini, and foccacia was the star of the show. Great product, great staff, and solid choices.
