I visit this cobs bread location frequently for scones, sour dough and cape seed bread. Baked goods are always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and lovely to deal with. The store is clean and organized. One thing that I think should be improved is the inconsistent scone size. Some of the scones are much smaller than others (of the same variety). I always buy half a dozen scones and sometimes I end up with 6 tiny ones. I still enjoy them nonetheless.
I used to visit this location regularly - but after today, I won't be returning. However, I had a disappointing and bad experience today. I received an email offer from COBS Bread stating that with a $15+ purchase, I would receive a free loaf. The terms clearly said the offer was valid at all COBS locations across Canada, and eligible loaves included all except pullaparts, teatimes, twists, and focaccia.
