Terrific company to work with.
Cobrin "Excellence in Management" what a joke. And things will be getting worse at Cobrin under the leadership of their new President Jeff Krimstock, who needs training in how to talk to a client. They have zero concern for their clients and are very unresponsive. It's time to replace them. They are corrupt, dishonest and the incompetence borders on criminal. Go to Glassdoor and read a review from a former employee of the level of corruption and dishonesty he/she witnessed daily.
I would probably give them zero star but there is no option for it. Absolutely a joke that this company exists. Slow response and nothing ever get done on time, yet they are quick to slap a late fee that I don't even know how I got since I set autopay. Only thing I can think of is that I changed the last date of the fee since my neighbors and I were disappointed with their management. Good job and look forward to losing more management as I would make sure none of my friends make the same mistake.
If I could have a -100 on this place I would. The management of the property that I own has been horrible. They are condescending and unhelpful. There is defiantly favoritism and a little prejudice as it relates to who they like the most. And what gets done. Aka if you are on the board and you can't vote to remove the management company they don't care about your problems. I would never recommend anyone using this company.
Totality incompetent nothing is completed in a timely manner or in a professional way. They would be more suited to running a used car lot.(buy here pay here)
