I had roofing job done by Cobra Roofing & Restoration, about 1.5 years ago, a couple of shingles from their job were blowned away recently. I have been trying to contact them for over a month for them to come and fixed them. I have Called them, to include leaving voicemails, and sent an email, no response from Cobra. Hopefully this review might get some notice to see if they answer and if not, it can work as a cautionary tale.
I had my roof replaced by this company about four years ago and paid approximately $16,000 for the project. While the installation itself seemed fine at the time, my experience with their customer service after the sale has been very disappointing. Recently, I noticed that birds have been nesting underneath a section of my roof at the front of my house, indicating there is an opening that should be inspected. We had our entire roof replaced with the help and Support of Wes. Wes, was and is a great communicator throughout the entire Insurance claim process. Quality of the work is excellent. I recommend this Company.
Cobra did our roof and the job was fine. However, the owner Tom, mentioned to us that they pay a $500 referral for each customer we refer. Our entire street had some roof damage from a storm so of course we referred 3 neighbors. 2 of them proceeded with their new roofs. Here’s the issue, I do referrals all the time. It’s part of how I make a living really, especially being in the Real Estate and small business space. Cobra Roofing does amazing work!! I was so impressed on how well my roof looked when it was done ! I was unfortunately left in a situation where my insurance denied my claim so I was forced to pay out of pocket. Dallas came out to my house to give me an estimate. The estimate that was given was extremely competitive, so I was excited. Little did I know that the competitive offer would lead to impeccable work. Thank you so much for the wonderful job well done !!
