Very, very pleased with response time, follow through, flexibility with appointment changes and general interactions. On-site service was professional and responsive when I asked the new kitchen faucet handle to please be on the other side. I would easily give a 5 star review if I didn't feel like I over paid. The very nice guy was here to switch out a leaky kitchen faucet with a new one--which I had already purchased at the plumbing supplier--not Home Depot, so it was a quality piece. I called Cobra on a Friday at 5:30p and they called me back immediately and scheduled to come out and fix my problem the next morning. Josh came out on time, was friendly and professional, and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend and will be using them moving forward.
