Integrity, Honesty & Wonderful Customer Service ! I had purchased a ring from Etsy and had concerns as to it being genuine. The size of the ring was misrepresented on Etsy so I had asked Terry to solder two bands together to make the ring stronger. When attempting this some rose gold flaking occurred. Terry took it upon herself to have it laser tested, appraised and then she repaired the rough gold. I paid for the bands to be soldered but Terry did all of the investigation, appraisal and repair without charge. What a wonderf... read more
Amazing customer service and beautiful products. Highly recommend.
The staff are wonderful and the environment is so welcoming. I went in to have my grandmother’s necklace fixed, and within minutes they had fixed the clasp and insisted that it was free of charge. I absolutely recommend.
