RecommendedMoved here in March and we’ve had a few issues with appliances not working but maintenance came and fixed them. The staff is always very helpful, especially the new Assistant Property Manager, Victoria. The cost of living here is well worth it. So glad we moved here!
The staff is rude and always have an attitude because they are lazy and doesn’t want to work. The gate never works. Its always stray dogs everywhere. The kids can’t even go outside to the play ground because of the roaming dogs. Cobblestone Landing don’t care about the handicap residents. The so call Assistant Property Manager Angel always parks her car in the handicap parking but she’s not handicap nor does she have a handicap tag. They claim to typically contact you in one day absolutely not true I emailed and left several messages because no one ever answers the phone
The grounds are always amazingly kept and the staff is more than friendly anytime
