It's the Disney World of pediatric dentistry. They don't mind going which is wonderful. There are screens and shiny objects everywhere. The dentists are friendly, but they spend a total of 3-5 minutes in the room. It's VERY expensive, and they're extremely inflexible. I suppose those two are related, because to me, if you're going to be the Ritz of dentists, I'd expect Ritz-like customer service.
