Breakfast was not edible everyday that was in the stainless steel warming trays everything was dried out and hard. Pastries were hard. No juice. We had to eat out for breakfast because it was not edible. Eggs were even hard and not fluffy. If you got something out of cooler it was fine like the milk or yogurt. But not hot food. Worst complimentary breakfast I have every had and I have stayed in alot of hotels. People were nice and friendly. But will not stay there again in Ottumwa,Ia.

I was here for 6 weeks on business travel. Rooms, service location was good. Standard breakfast but had vegetarian option daily so plus point for this. Kitchen with all required utensils to prepare food made my stay more comfortable. Wifi speed can be better. I think in some portion of hotel might be issue, but definitely was issue in my room. But all n all good Facility in town with Kitchen option
