I recently rented an apartment here, and I am extremely disappointed. Upon moving in, I quickly discovered mold in multiple areas. The smell was overwhelming, and I am having difficulty breathing, making it impossible to feel comfortable in my own home. Despite multiple requests for maintenance, the response was slow and unhelpful. I felt like my concerns were brushed off. I think I've qualified myself enough to write a review after being here for nearly a year and making the regrettable decision (if you want to call having nowhere else to go a decision) to extend my lease. If I could give Amber Skinner alone 5 stars, that'd be what I did. She was extremely kind in helping out with every step of the way in the leasing process.
