I recently almost rented at The Village of Cobblestone. My boyfriend and I went through all the motions to rent a unit at this place. A leasing agent walked us through a model apartment that she stated we would be moving into just as this one. Leasing agent also walked us through a gym and showed us a new wood floor in the gym and stated that they would be replacing the flooring in the unit will move into with this floor.
