I hate that I have to complain about this but it has happened on several occasions. There is a particular gentleman who will put me through the car wash, and every time I see him, it’s awful. I’ll put the car in neutral as instructed and he begins panicking and yelling, pointing at the sign!!! Well, the car is in neutral and no I am not braking…it gives me anxiety & it’s frustrating to say the least because I don’t know what else I could do to chill this man out. Very nice and clean . Brand new machines which left my car spotless!
Best vacuums in Glendale and the car wash gets all the spots that other places don't. Buy a membership to save money. Kind friendly hard-working staff
Never coming back to this wash. I usually drive past this place, especially when I see one of the attendants by the pay machine—they constantly harass you, trying to upsell a wash. Even when I tell them I know how to use the machine and can do it myself, they don’t stop. They say things like, “This is my job,” as if that justifies being pushy. It's basically a car wash. I just wish they would have an option to have them wash it and wipe it down.
