I’m still sitting here in the parking lot because I couldn’t leave without taking the time to write this review. This team truly deserves to be recognized. I come to this car wash all the time because it’s always clean, the vacuums always work, and the staff has always been friendly. Today, though, they went far beyond great customer service. Attendant was so rude all I wanted was a basic wash after a storm pressuring me into buying a membership that I did not want making rude comments to me and my husband took my card from me was frustrated that it wasn’t reading on the card reader bending my card and almost breaking it in half. Did not get his name but had shaggy blond hair
Staff treated me with great service and attentiveness
Manager Tristan was very kind
Stopped at the 67th ave and cactus location for the first time and got my car washed and interior cleaned. Tristan was the person that greeted me as I pulled in and was very personable and described clearly all the package deals that were being offered. He was very thorough in explaining the savings but I opted to just have the wash that day because I had never been there before.
