The car washes are getting pricey, considering it's all automated. The dryers don't do a good job at all on the tailgate or trunk area of a car. The towels provided to dry your vehicle are wet. As if they were placed out to use after just going through a spin cycle, and never saw a dryer. The water not dried completely will leave nasty white spots. Not impressed at all with this place.
Drove in at 5:53pm, Purchased a car wash and the white guy working didn’t mention that they would be shutting off the vacuums at 6pm. mind you their operation hours showed they closed at 7pm. I politely asked him why didn’t tell me that right off the bat when I drove in, he didn’t have an answer he stayed quiet. Horrible customer service and terrible staff.
