We’ve lived here almost two years. Liz the office manager has always been helpful and expedient for any strange requests we’ve had. Walls are thick so the complex is pretty quiet. There is a large grad student and young professionals population. Great to make you feel like you’re removed from the university a bit but still close by.
My sister and I moved in here about a month ago. So far everything is great! I’m a grad student so the complex is perfect for those seeking somewhere quiet and comfortable. It is also close enough to campus. The apartment is very spacious and clean upon moving in.
It's been one year since we moved in, and we've enjoyed living here so much that we renewed our lease. The staff is friendly, the community is generally well maintained, and the location is excellent. We really like our townhome, which made renewing an easy decision. My biggest complaint is the parking. There are three things prospective residents should know: 1. Some parking spaces are very tight. My wife and I only lived in Gainesville one year but we were so glad we chose these apartments! They are in a great area with great amenities. We also liked that it made it feel like a home - would recommend! The management was great as well!
Approaching our 1-year anniversary of moving into the Cobblestone community, and we have been nothing but impressed ever since. In fact, we've already renewed our lease. The community and facilities are well-maintained and the apartments are great. Everyone involved with Cobblestone work so hard to make this place feel like home, from the fast-acting and friendly maintenance/landscaping staff to the dedicated people in the front office (shoutout John and Avery). Looking forward to living here for a long while!
