My wife and I only lived in Gainesville one year but we were so glad we chose these apartments! They are in a great area with great amenities. We also liked that it made it feel like a home - would recommend! The management was great as well!
Approaching our 1-year anniversary of moving into the Cobblestone community, and we have been nothing but impressed ever since. In fact, we've already renewed our lease. The community and facilities are well-maintained and the apartments are great. Everyone involved with Cobblestone work so hard to make this place feel like home, from the fast-acting and friendly maintenance/landscaping staff to the dedicated people in the front office (shoutout John and Avery). Looking forward to living here for a long while!
For the price point this is a good apartment complex in Gainesville. I’m a big fan of the design of the townhomes here especially inside and how each room has a certain charm and restroom. I appreciate the team that works here I believe they always go the extra mile and work accommodate the residents well.
Moved here a year ago, was convinced that it was a great place. The walls are very thin, maintenance does an extremely poor job (might as well fix things yourself), and office staff isn't helpful (friendly enough though). This complex is just a thin, shabbily put together conglomeration of cardboard boxes made to look like apartments. This area is ok-ish if you're a student and don't mind being able to hear your neighbors fart. I genuinely can't wait until I can move away. I've loved living here! The management team is responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and well-maintained. It's a peaceful place to call home, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living.
