Always professional and efficient. Have no complaints, Antrell makes sure we are taken care of and follows up on it. Very happy with them. John and Liz are amazing, great team to take care of us 🙂
We have only lived at Cobblestone Apartments very briefly, but it is a beautiful complex. The units are nice and it is wonderful to have mostly non-carpeted flooring. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely done and the clubhouse is spacious with a nice poop. We also have great places to run on the nearby neighborhood sidewalks. Only downside is that we don’t have a covered outdoor space. Overall, a great place to live!
We're so glad we chose Cobblestone Apartments as our home! The location is perfect—just minutes from UF—and the amenities make daily life really enjoyable. Having a pool, tennis court, and gym right on-site is a huge plus. The staff is always friendly and responsive; any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the community is welcoming and respectful. We absolutely recommend living here!
I recently moved to Cobblestone and I absolutely love the community as well as the staff. They are truly amazing. The entire staff is great. I can’t wait to see what the future holds here in this community
