I moved from Jacksonville Fl. to Gainesville 6 months now. I’m so pleased with the choice I made to move here at Cobblestone Apts. with my veteran disabled son. The management staff is so respectful and are always ready to help with any concern, big or small. The Maintenance team here are outstanding! Thank you Cobblestone family for making me and my son feel so welcomed.
Eric and the maintenance crew once again provided excellent service by fixing the problem I was having with my screen door. They are always friendly and very professional.
Our front screen door had been broken for a long time and part of the screen was loose too. He noticed it when he came in to do other work and he fixed both problems quickly and he was extremely friendly.
Eric and Aaron were called in to fix an issue, and identified 2 more and fixed those immediately. Tremendous thanks to both of them for their efforts in making our home great!
I can't say enough about them. Always proficient and professional. Address my questions and concerns each time. Have always repaired or replaced what I need in a timely manner. Very happy to be a resident at Cobblestone apartments.
